I have over fifteen years experience working with individuals, groups and organisations utilising creative and embodiment practices.
Working 1:1 with me allows us time to focus on specific areas in your life that feel challenging, stuck or persistent.
We first identify these areas then use a range of techniques to create space for whatever arises to be seen and felt before beginning the process of allowing it to move and transform.
The practices I offer remind us that we are whole, that there is nothing missing and that there is nothing that needs to be gained. It’s time spent for us to enter into that which has never departed and reconnect with the powerful, creative capacity we all have.
We will spend time together: Talking, reflecting, writing, drawing, breathing, meditating, moving, resting.
