Duration

6 months: 10 x 90 min sessions every 2 weeks
or 3 months: 5 x 90 min sessions every 2 weeks

What do we do?

  • Connect with where you are now whilst also exploring any recent or latent experiences you wish to bring along

  • Engage in a range of practices to support you to connect deeper to healing these experiences including parts work (IFS therapy), creative practices, guided meditation, breath work and gentle movement

  • Build clarity and envision what you wish to create in your life

  • Implement practices, strategies and actions that will support you to move forward as a more thriving, resilient and joyful self

What is the result?

  • A transformation in relationship to your long held ideas, beliefs and stories. No longer beholden to or held back by them

How does it work?

  • 5 or 10 x 90 min 1:1 sessions on zoom every other week or weekly

  • Support via telegram 5 days a week (Mon - Fri 10am - 5pm)

  • Sharing of meditations, journal prompts, affirmations, and self-soothing practices to empower clarity, inner peace, and self-worth    

  • Access to notes, reflections and actions from each session to bring awareness, accountability and structure to our time together
